Mapping Golden Age Architecture
to Modern SaaS & Technology Solutions.
An umbrella brand for enterprise ITSM, service desk automation, and the financial tooling underneath them — built by an operator who ships his own software.
Five modules beneath one arcade
Each product carries an Arabic name that describes what it does — balance, governance, equity, observation, drawing. They share a substrate the way the columns of the Mezquita share an arcade: separate loads, one structure.
Mizan
ميزانEnterprise ITSM Platform
the balance — scales held level
A full end-user portal and agent console: request intake, ITIL-aligned workflows, and AES-256-GCM encryption at rest.
Mizan is the keystone of the ecosystem — a ground-up service management platform rather than a wrapper around someone else’s. End users file and track requests through a portal built for people who do not think in ticket taxonomies; agents work a console designed around queue throughput, not form fields. ITIL v4 practice is encoded in the workflow engine rather than bolted on as documentation.
Capabilities
- End-user request portal with guided intake
- Agent console tuned for queue throughput
- ITIL v4 incident, request & change workflows
- AES-256-GCM encryption at rest
- Role-based access and audit trails
Tadbir
تدبيرServiceDesk Copilot
governance — the ordering of affairs
An operations layer over Mojo Helpdesk: queue monitoring, watchdogs, AI-generated staff notes, and multi-provider AI support.
Most helpdesk platforms tell you what happened. Tadbir watches what is happening — standing watchdogs over queue depth, aging tickets, and SLA drift, escalating before a breach rather than reporting one afterward. Its AI layer drafts staff notes and summaries through a provider-agnostic interface: cloud models via bring-your-own-key, or a fully local model when data cannot leave the building.
Capabilities
- Continuous queue monitoring & aging analysis
- Configurable SLA watchdogs with pre-breach escalation
- AI-generated staff notes and ticket summaries
- Multi-provider AI: cloud BYOK or fully local inference
- Sits on top of Mojo Helpdesk — no migration required
Qist
قسطITSM Showback & Chargeback
equity — the fair share
A client-side financial dashboard for department-level cost allocation, SLA billing, and executive PDF reporting.
IT is a cost center until someone can show the invoice. Qist turns ticket volume, SLA tiers, and effort into department-level allocation that a finance director will actually accept — and prints it as an executive PDF. It runs entirely client-side: cost data never leaves the browser, which removes the security review that normally kills this kind of tool before it ships.
Capabilities
- Department-level cost allocation from ticket data
- SLA-tier billing models & rate cards
- Executive PDF report generation
- Fully client-side — no data leaves the browser
- Showback and chargeback modes
Rasd
رصدPACS Path Monitoring
observation — the watch kept
A lightweight monitor for Konica Minolta EXA PACS environments, catching slow-downs in the radiologist reading path before they become disruptions.
In a radiology environment the failure that matters is rarely a hard outage — it is the reading path quietly getting slower until studies stack up and someone escalates. Rasd instruments that path specifically: study retrieval, image load, and the hand-off points where EXA PACS degrades first. It is deliberately lightweight, built to sit in a clinical network without becoming another system to babysit.
Capabilities
- Reading-path latency instrumentation
- Study retrieval & image load timing
- Degradation detection ahead of user-reported impact
- Low-footprint deployment for clinical networks
Rasm
رسمSVG Tracer
the drawing — line become form
A tracing program that turns raster input into clean, editable SVG geometry.
The smallest module in the ecosystem and the most purely geometric: Rasm takes raster input and resolves it into clean vector paths. It exists because every other project eventually needs a logo, an icon, or an ornament turned into geometry that scales — the same problem the craftsmen who cut the zellij in Granada solved with a compass and a straightedge.
Capabilities
- Raster-to-vector path tracing
- Clean, editable SVG output
- Tunable curve fitting and simplification
Work outside the enterprise walls
Products with their own users and their own economics — a fit-advisory engine, a local league platform, and a mobile build for a Tucson small business.

An operator who builds the tools
Service desk manager who builds his own tooling. Five years running IT for a 13-site healthcare network, plus four shipped products: an ITSM operations copilot with multi-provider AI integration, a live ITIL-aligned service management platform, an IT financial management dashboard for cost allocation and executive reporting, and a live consumer recommendation engine with 100+ daily users. Operationally: raised SLA compliance from 74% to 96% in three months, cut mean resolution time 35%, and led a 10–12 person multi-tier desk handling 4,000–5,000 tickets monthly. M.S. in Computer Information Systems, ITIL v4 certified. Fluent in English and Arabic.

The psychology degree is not decoration. Service desk work is a human system before it is a technical one — the queue is a behaviour problem wearing a ticket number.
